saltwater plant

Someone asked some time ago about saltwater plants.
I have something growing on some florida live rock from the LFS that looks pretty cool. Usually my purple tank eats anyting green but he leave this stull alone and its starting to spread.

anyone knows what it is?

It's halimeda. It's pretty tough stuff, and most herbivores won't touch it. I'd keep it trimmed back cause it can be pretty invasive.

ok. Thanks. I like the color difference rather than just the normal purple color. I'll keep an eye on it.
