saltwater questions

I am setting up a 75gal reef and would like 1 inch of sand in the bottom How much would that take? Is there a calculator for that Also what would you recommend for powerheads? I have a corallife super skimmer I plan to use. Thanks for any help!

thanks, Comes out to 54# of sand. What would you recommend for powerheads?
