Scallops are filter feeders. This makes them hard to care for.

There are some that have kept scallops successfully, but it requires a mature tank and some target feeding. It takes an expert hand IMO, as too much feeding will cause issues in the tank and too little will have it starve to death. Flame scallops and electric flame scallops are some popular picks, but they rarely live for more than 6 months as it takes quite some time for them to starve to death.

We five for them to est and I wanted to put a few in my tank see how they do
