i am holding a large scolymia at the lfs. its red with a powder blue center. apx 8-10 inches across. i am negotiating price. lfs wants 125.00. is this resonable. oh and also i have been watching it for four to five months, also it was moved to a new tank and is doing very well. lfs has had it for over a year.

im all ears

The price seems decent for that large a coral, a pic would help to see if the colors justify the money. FWIW, if it is worth it to you and you can't find the same thing, in as good a health...it's worth it. I know people that will pay a couple hundred for a 1" acropora frag, it's supply and demand, if you want it bad enough, it's worth it.

the red is almost pinkish not a dark burgandy with thin radial stripes of powder blue. the center is powder blue with a pink/red "mouth".
