Seahorse giving birth??

My pregnant male seahorse has been gradually going back and forth for a little. Also earlier when he started going back and forth a bubble came out. Does this mean he is probably going to give birth pretty soon?

but he has no problem staying at the bottom so im pretty sure its not a gas bubble. this is also not the first time he has had babies.
