What do Sebae's usually eat. Mine is 3 weeks old and hasn't eaten yet. I've tried to feed it frozen shrimp and krill. I've been adding Kents trace minerals weekly, but it will not eat anything. Am I feeding it the wrong food?

Sebaes are one of the harder anemones to keep. It should accept RAW shrimp pieces (thawed of course).

What kind of lighting do you have?

I would say your nitrite problem could have a lot to do with your anenomes problems.
When you bought the anenome, did they fill you in on the lighting needs?

I agree in that the nitrite is the problem with the anemone. Anemones are hard enough to keep (sebaes being one of the hardest) let alone in a new setup. If taking the anemone back to the LFS is an option, perhaps they can hold if for a few months or give you store credit (best option). When your tank is mature yo may want to consider a tank raised bubble tip anemone.
