Sera marin protien skimmer?

Anyone know anything about this skimmer I got it for 62 bucks on petco.com it's new on there any info on it. Good bad what it seems like its good quality.

Well I couldn't find nothing on it, but it is $45 on line, and I'm sure you know that $45 doesn't get you much in the reef industry. I think I would take it back and just save some more and get a real skimmer

Ok I'll try it and if it's junk I'll return it and invest in an HOB skimmer do you know of any good ones bc I don't have a sump
