serpent star or featherduster

Was thinking about getting a serpent star for my 20 gallon tank but then I saw a feather duster. They look pretty cool. Would they do well in a 2 month old tank or should I stick with a star.

Either would be fine IMO. The serpent star will be more beneficial in that they eat detritus and clean up leftover food.

I would stick with the star. The feather dusters are a bit harder to keep alive in immature tanks.
