are serpent star fish reef safe and would they make a meal out of fish? most of my fish are pretty fast but i got a watchmen goby yesterday and hes the only one im really worried about

I have a serpent starfish and he bothers no one. Just hangs out under a rock mostly until feeding time.

Harmless toward living fish and inverts, but are efficient scavengers and will consume deceased fish or inverts.
