Shedding

How often are crabs/shrimp suppose to shed? It seems like every other day someone is shedding in my tank is this a good thing?

The shedding is partially a result of growth and secondary a result of removing excess iodine from their system. I would say having a shrimp shed once or twice a month would be an ok frequency.
