should i feed....

should i feed my red-legged hermits or let them eat off the live rock? i have some fiji rock still curing and my gulf rock has a some hair algea. so there is a bunch of stuff to pick off. or do you think i should feed them something else

also, some of my gulf rock have some tiny inverts(it could be aiptasia) should i feed them something?

my aquarium is still in the process of cycling so i'm not sure what i should do

Hermits should do well fending for themselves if you have LR to pick at.

They will also feed on leftover food - that's their specialty!

I agree with the above. If you start feeding the hermits nothing will clean up the leftover food which will lead to water quality issues.
