Just bought this Kenya tree last week and the next day it fell off the rock but then I secures it in a tight place towards the top of the rock and It has been sitting there for about 2 days and still won't open, is it getting too much light at the top of the tank?

+1 soft corals belong on sand or mid depending on tank height also my kenya and pineapple enjoy low currents.

Probably too much light.

Also if you want to secure to a frag disk or rubble rock then you can put a toothpick through the base and either rubber band down the toothpick or glue it. About 2 weeks like this and it should be attached and the toothpick can be removed.
