I was wondering if I should use my hob overflow with my old sump. The pumps are different gph so I was wondering if it would fill up quicker than water would get pumped out cause the other pump is more powerful. Any thoughts?????

What is the oveflow rated at and what is your return pump rated at?
If the return pump is too much flow you can attach a ball valve to throttle it back a bit.

I forgot what both are. Crap. I'll try it and if I need a ball valve I'll get one. Thanks.

never use 2 pumps like that, it won't ever work out. Just use the overflow or make your own
