My skunk cleaner is cleaning my Yellow Watchman Goby, including inside his mouth. Im guessing this isn't very common, has anyone ever seen this before? It went on for about 5 minutes. The goby normally strays from
His tank mates (he has paired with my pistol shrimp) but willingly allowed this.

Completely normal. That's why they are cleaner shrimp. They will clean mouths, gills, find, etc. a cleaner wrasse will do the same

Yes, I agree. I saw this many times when I was working at the LFS. The boss had a large frag tank in the store full of Bartlett's anthias and skunk cleaners. The anthias would seek out the shrimp for a good cleaning. It's fascinating to watch them. IIRC, fire shrimp may clean fish as well.
