Shrimps crabs & corals

DO corals eat shrimps or hermit crabs? I seem to be missing a cleaner shrimp & found a half eaten crab this morning. I have clowns, chromis, red stripe angel
& algea blenny in 55g tank.

Even if it isn't a molt, if the shrimp died your crabs would have gone to town on his corpse after he died. They are your clean up crew, it is their job.
