Skimmer pump question

I am about to purchanse the AquaC Remora HOB skimmer. I have a 26 Gal tank. Would the Rio800 be ok, or should I go for the few bucks more and get it with the MaxiJet 1200?

My personal preference would always be the maxijets. The rios are known to have problems. I have a mj1200 that came with a seaclone I bought. Seaclone trashed and mj still kickin as a ph. Never a problem and I bought it used over a year ago.

The skimmer will be quieter with the maxi jet and perform better. Plus you get a pump that will not melt on you! The maxi jets work so well I do not even sell them with rios anymore.
