i want to buy a euroreef cs6-1 but it's foot print is a little to big for my sump ( i could make it fit but it will be tight).anyone have any suggestions on skimmers that are equal in quality but have a smaller footprint?

I have a 120 gal.

thanks

mark

I believe the AquaC ev180 has a smaller footprint but I am not 100% positive.. It is IMO the only other skimmer can that compete with the EuroReef.. In competition they probably would both compete very comparable.. If going with aquaC I would look at either the ev180 or ev240... I have the Ev180 thanks to Darin over at captivereefs and man ohh man it surely works good on a 55gal.. Overkill yes probably but when you know your getting a bigger tank soon why buy smaller LOL

Might look into the ASM (I think) skimmers, they are EuroReef knockoffs and are supposed to preform just as well, they might have a smaller foot print.
