Hey guys I found a small aiptasia anemone on one piece of liverock. I removed the rock and put it in a bucket of saltwater.

Wondering what the best method of removal is.

1. Only about 2-3mm in size, can't inject it with boiling water or lemon juice.
2. Don't want to boil the liverock, other inhabitants on it

Peppermint shrimp? Heard they may not touch it.

Berghia nudibranch? Not sure if I get one and it eats the anemone whether it will starve to death after that. I don't want to do that.

Maybe I can let the aiptasia propagate in main tank? I read if the nutrients are low they don't spread fast.

if you have the rock out ......inject it with boiling water, that is the easiest method

let it go till you can inject it...
I use joes juice. They give you a small injector and they shrivel away !
