snail ???

I have a snail (nassarius sp) that is making these white spiral circles on the glass, does anyone know what this is? It's like 3 inches long and a connected patch of spiral circles. I saw it creating these on the glass this morning, the snail had made two of them and was working on a third.

Digital camera isn't working right now, anyone else have any thoughts, I figured it was probably eggs and was wondering if someone else had this happen.

well I think if you search the identification forum for "snail eggs" you will probably find several topics about that with pics. included. But I'm almost positive thats what they are.
