Floating particles

Hi all. It seems that my water has little particles blowing about all the time. Any idea of what it is and how to fix it

Could be anything caught in the flow. Filter socks help to remove this.

I have filter cups with floss in. Also have floss in the overflow Just before the return pump chamber. I think it could be to much flow whipping up my sand. Is that a possibility. I have a redsea max 400.
It has the 2 circulation pumps plus the return outlet and iv also got a maxspect gyre 230. Is thay to much

Well, there is a huge difference between filter floss and socks. But it could even be sand being blown around as things in the tank figures out how it settles.
