So what do you feed your fish???

I'm very curious to read about what and how other people feed there fishes/coral lol.
Do you use flakes? Maybe pods or shrimp whether it be raw or live. Or maybe you have a DYI frozen food.
I wanna hear about your daily routine for feeding your fish/coral lol.

Well its not daily for me. I feed a potters angel, hawk fish, fire shrimp, six line wrasse and a clown fish in my 55 gallon every other day a squirt of frozen mysis shrimp. As for my corals I use cyclopeeze twice a week a little bit goes along way with that stuff. I use just a pinch of it and the fish enjoy it too.
