Soild bucket o salt

Just like it says got a solid bucket of salt given to me thought it was good when I got it. I guess some things are too good to be true!

I can get it out of the bucket. Can I put it in a clean heavy duty garbage bag and break it up? And still be useable?

I have had salt get hard In a bucket before and broke it up and it was fine. I would definitely test it also before use

You can use it, but test calcium and alkalinity. Chances are the alk will be very low, but you can dose some baking soda to get it back up.
