Stocking Question

I have a yellow tang, orange clown, diamond goby, and a few green chromis. I have a lot of corals in my tank and would like to know if I could put a melanurus wrasse?

What size is the tank and do you have sand in the tank?

Still, a 65 with a large tang in there might lead to aggression issues between it and the wrasse...if not everything else.
