I have been looking into a stockman standpipe. I have a 3/4" PVC pipe that comes up 2" in the overhang. Would I be able tp use a stockman standpie to fit over it? Thanks

How is that pipe connected to the bulkhead? If it's a threaded connection, you could just pull it out and replace it with a Stockman. If not, a 3/4" coupling should do the trick. You can either dry everyting out and glue it up, or just make sure your sump has room to take the extra water from the overflow chamber when the power goes out.
