strange tentacles

this morning i noticed tentacles sticking out of one of my rocks. i thought they were just spaghetti worms, but when i looke closer, i noticed somthing that looked like a spider web all clumped up where the tentacles were coming from. the tentacles moved to the other side of the tank a little while ago. it lookes like it is in the shape of a shrimp, it has legs and everything, but its not alive. i have a peppermint shrimp, so i thought maybe it shed a layer of skin, do you think thats what it is?

Could be a molt, the worms may be simply cleaning it up.
If it really has you concerned, you could post a pick.
