Ok. I just measured the voltage from the ground. I am getting 34 volts. And can anyone decipher this one.. One probe in the water. And the other probe I touched the metal stand. It read 3-4 volts. I stuck the probe in the carpet and it read 3-4 volts.. Is it just because everything is touching? Is the considered a complete circuit?

And then here is what is confusing me now.. Everything unplugged.. I'm getting 40v from the ground. 1.0 v in one prong. And 102 v in the other prong... Is this a house electrical issue??
