stupid question about 'reef safe'

If a fish were to be termed to nip at corals or considered not reef safe, would it not be smart to add a bubble or similar anemone to the tank? 120 gal tank, possibly adding done butterflies or angels. Copperband butterfly, clowns and green filefish are already in the tank.

If a fish is deemed NOT REEF SAFE or WITH CAUTION me personally I wouldn't add anything as they might become targets of nipping etc...

This is just me though. I wouldn't risk it. Also I've seen videos of nems eating fish that appear to be harassing them. So you can A lose a fish or B lose a coral. It's a crap shoot IMHO.
