Sub pump

I have a question...what submersible pumps does you guys use in the tank itself for water flow? I dont mean the one for return water from the sump, but rather the ones inside the tank. I think I see most people using like Hagen or Via Aqua pumps. What have you found that works best?

I use a pair of Hagen 802's in a 75 gal tank and I have used maxijet 1200's in the past. both are high quality pumps that move a good amount of water for their size.
