Yes drawing are nice but have you seen what a plumber can do to a floor joist?
We built a 2x6 frame to hold the bladder putting all the weight into the same foot print as the tank when the toung came off the blocks we knew it was time for another aproach lol. i've used the sand method for years it lets you keep on eye on things

Plumbers at least use the hole they make, im an electrician do you know what kind of holes we make lol, we might make a 2" hole for 4 wires which really only needed 3/4" lol

lol i've been around the trades 30+ yrs. yea i've seen some things wires through door ways, pipe run below the chase, best one is when they use the cold air return. one guy said i thought you put it there for me, it go's all the way to the basement!
