supermarket nori

hi all, a friend of mine just bought a YT for his 55 and he also bought some nori from the lfs. today i went shoppoing at a local supermarket and found some nori for 1/10 of the price. i was just wondering if these are ok to feed the YT?? TIA.

I buy mine from asian markets. Much much cheaper than the LFS.

Here's what my pack says:

Roasted seaweed sushimori

Yep, I buy it from the sushi counter at the market. They raised their price to $8.00 for that 50 sheet pack.

50 sheets ....snap thats a good deal.. I get less then half that for 4.
