Supplementing food for tang

Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to supplement food for my yellow tang. I don't think I can soak the seaweed sheets with selcon prior to putting them in and I don't really trust the drop it right into the tank method.

I personally dont think you need to soak the dried seaweed. It has plenty of vitamin C that they need. Get a clip and stick it on the glass and they`ll feed off of it there.

mtlion, once a month I soak my Nori (black sheet seaweed) with a vitamin sub. and my yellow tang and clowns love it. I also use a feeder clip like Mike. I use the clip with the plastic mesh otherwise my Gobies gooble it all up.

Doesn't the nori get all soggy and break apart from soaking it?

Don't soak the whole thing. Just put a drop here and there. the vitamins are so concentrated that only a few drops are needed.
