Swapping out substrate

I currently have a mix of CC and argonite substrate which I want to swap out with some LS. I have read that some people will recommend swapping out half of it first and then the other half a couple weeks later. But if I am using LS, can I swap out all in one go? I much prefer doing this once to avoid any stress, but also worry that I will be removing my pods from the tank.

IMO its more stressful on you than the fish to do 1/2 of the substrate at a time. Doing 1/2 at a time will also stress your biofilter less.
