switching from a 14g to 29g advice

Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and had a simple question about moving from a 14 gallon to a 29 gallon tank (both biocubes).

I've been told that I can move everything over as if it was just a major water change, but I've also been told that I should get cured rock and cycle everything over...

Anyone have some experience and advice with this sort of thing? thanks very much!

If you get new fully cured LR then you can just move over. Otherwise you should cycle the new rock before adding it or cycle it in the new tank before moving everything other.

First time salt tank was given 14 bio want larger tank 29 will do . want to change over wanted to do like a large water change ? Or do i cycle new tank then move over items . I have two fish a clown,6 line wrass .clean up crew, some corrals green star polyp toad stoll leather xenia muchrooms
