Symbiotic, coral beauty and six line?

This may seem odd but i recently added a sixline to my tank and i was observing today and noticed my coral beauty would tilt to the side while the sixline was near, just like he does when my cleaner shrimp cleans him, and the six line appeared to be in fact eating off or cleaning the coral beauty... Thoughts, questions, comments?

I've heard of wrasses eating parasites before such as ich so it is very possible I would keep an eye on your fish though incase they are suffering from a parasite
