t5 bulbs

I have a 4 bulb t5 fixture over a 30 gallon tank. The bulbs are split between 2 ballasts. I have sps corals. What type bulbs should i use. Are all brands the same or is one better than the other?

What is your total Wattage? Are they the 216Watts?
