tang doesnt like nori

hey all,

i put some Seaweed Selects in the tank yesterday and i soaked it in garlic guard for 20 minutes. It has been on the lettuce clip and my tang hasn't even taken one bite out of it. However he goes to town on the TetraMarine flakes. Should i get a herbivore diet of flakes for him or should i wait and see if he gets some nori?

TIA

P-MAN

Just like anything new it will take a little while for the tang to realize what that is in its tank. Once its been offered a few times they normally jump on it next time they see it.

Try some Grape Calerpa if you can get some. I grow it in my refuge and they love it. But it is good to see him nipping at it. Have a good day
