Tank cleaning question

Hello all, new to the community and to the hobby of saltwater reefing. I have a 55 gallon that is doing great and i have a question. I was given a tank that housed a snake for the past 3 months. Before that i was used for freshwater. Is tank able to be cleaned to use it for saltwater?

Should be able to clean it. Get a bucket of water and add a cap or two of bleach to it and clean the tank. Make sure you let it air dry before you use it.

Bleach or a mixture of white vinegar/water would work as well, either or.

I have cleaned all my tanks with vinegar.
