Tank prep?

Have been using my 37g for 9 months and am soon empting it of my fw stuff but i was just curious about how to get my stuff ready,i need to re-use my filter,and other things,should i boil them or soak in some chems and wut do i do to tank?all tips and help is appreciated!

C'mon guys sombody knows wut i should do and i need some help so if anybody has any tips its greatly appreciated!

I would just rinse everything out with a vinegar and water solution,
then with hot water

What type of filter is it?

Aquaclear 70 and when i rinse my sand can i use tap water(i will be using tap to make my sw)
