Tank Swap

I have a 40 gal tank up and running with excellent water parameters. This week my wife said let's get a bigger salt tank(of course i'm not one to disagree) So I got a 65 gallon tank. I will be swapping everything(water and live rock) except the substrate to the new tank.
Can I expect an ammonia spike and do you think it will be a large spike are rather small. I have very little livestock..1 clown 3 damsels and snails and hermit crabs.

If you are simply swapping from one tank to another there shouldn't be any spikes of any kind.
