Tank upgrade 94L to 300L

Have a nano 94L tank and am thinking of upgrading to a 300L tank. If I have live rock, good water am I able to put it straight into the new one or do I have to run two tanks the new one from scratch?

You should be able to transfer everything right over all your BB is in the filtration,sand,live rock etc that's built up during a cycle.
