Do any of you guys think i could fit a baby teacup stingray in a 75 gal tank?

oh, then are there any other stingrays that would fit in a 75?

No, all stingrays I have ever seen or heard of need tanks with really large footprints and will get too wide to be comfortable in a 75.

Don't be fooled by the name they get big. Ask your lfs maybe they can order a slow growing sting ray you can have for a while?.
Just make sure there are no nitrates and you add other stock according to the stingray, alot of fish like to pick on them.
