temp fluxes 2 degrees with lights

Read below for my set up. When I check the temp in the morning it is about at 78-79. When I check it in the afternoon it is around 80-81. My light cycle is from 10:30am -9:30pm. I would like to add some corals. SHould I worry about this. If so, what can I do?

-50gal tank
-20gal tall sump / refugium.
-About 15-20 lbs of live rock
-60 lbs (3") of sand.
-2x65w power compact lights
-2x18w power compact in the refug.
-bak pak 2R
-3 LARGE feather dusters all differebt colors
-orange spotted goby
-fire fish
-12 or so hermits
-50-60 nassairus snails
-about 12 turno snails
-emrald crab

What kind of lighting do you have?

My temp swings that much every day too and i have a number of corals. I have MH lighting and even with an open top there is still heat build up.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.

If you are worried about it, why not pick up your heater so it runs at the same 80-81 at night when your lights are off. It's at the upper part of the range that most recommend, but you shouldn't have issues. I run mine in the same range for the same reason

Mine fluctuates the same each day as well. 2 degrees by the evening. I set my heater to 79, and it rises to 81 by the evening. Pretty normal for MH.
