I was watching my 46 gal sw today and one of my pep. shrimp came crawling from behind a rock. I had been worried cause I hadn't seen it in a couple of days. Well got to looking and it was only half of the shrimp. The back half was gone and he was stilll alive and fighting off the other occupants of the tank. 8O
