Im interested in purchasing a Haddons carpet anemone but not sure if my lights are efficient enough and also i know little about them besides what liveaquaria says.

*My tank has been established for a little over 10 months.
*I have a four bulb 39W t5HO fixture with ATI bulbs. (2 blue plus 1 purple 1 aqua blue special)
* Tank dimensions are 36"x17"x21"

I understand they like to position themselves on the sand but would i have any luck getting it on the rocks closer to the lights? Or is it all up to the anemone, maybe it will climb the rocks trying to get more light?

If anyone can help me out here i'd appreciate it! Thanks!

You know carpet anemones get to be the size of trash can lids, right? They also are super sticky and will swallow up whatever touches them very easily. I don't think this is a good choice for a small tank. the lighting may be ok, but i would worry about the rest of the livestock in that tank.
