A lot of nonsense in the ad and not much detailed info. First glance they look okay.

It would probably work, but I think there is only 1 cord. This means you can't run blues and whites separate, unless of course you are there to flick the switch.
It's also not dimmable. Dimming ability is pretty important for these fixtures.
