Hi all,

I have just bought a high fin goby wooop!!

I would like to pair it up with a Pistol shrimp specifically a Tiger Pistol Shrimp.

Has anyone had any experience with these guys?

Any tips or considerations?

Thanks in advance

Andi

Yes. I thought I lost my tiger but I just recently found where he was hiding. Now I can catch a glimpse of him every once in a while. The gobie that was paired with him split up when put in the tank and they hang out in separate areas.

I had my tiger pistol first, he had 1 opening at the time. When I added my YWG, I released him right by the opening. He look in and then the pistol started making the opening bigger so the goby could get in. They've been inseparable ever since. It took literally seconds and they were paired.

It brilliant how they pair!!
One of the LFS by me said they don't stock pistol shrimp because they are classes as a pest in most marine aquariums???? What marine aquariums is he referring too??

Best thing I have ever added to my tank, as far as inverts go
