Tiger Tail Cucumber? Pros Vs. Cons?

What are the pros and cons of a tiger tail cucumber. i was thinking about getting one due to the fact that I heard that it is a good sand cleaner, but are their any disadvantages? TIA....

The only thing I can see is that if attacked it can be lethal to your tank.
