Thanks - also I'm thinking of trying out a Mag-rock from Aqua-mags. I think it'll help accomplish what I wanted to do with the shelves idea. I'll be able to grow some extra SPS frags on it, or use it to put on another regular sized coral or two.

You gonna have room for the mp10s? Or are you gonna have to move the tank out a little?

I'm all set - I've got about 5-6" on each side. I did it just in case.

Can I say, that today is the 1st time since I've got my radion that I have either been home or awake to watch the slow progression of "sunrise" or "sunset" and I am just astonished watching the light outside, that's just about an hour ahead of my tank. I can just notice how over the past few hours the lights have slowly started to dim down.

I can not wait to watch my first "tank sunset"!

On another note, I finally ordered the 12V 2a AC adapter for the DIY top-off. I'm thinking I'm still going to try it rather than let the money go to waste. RadioShack wanted $29 for their adaptor, bestbuy didn't have one, and finally I checked out amazon again and found one for $7.99 with free "prime" shipping. It'll be here tuesday or wednesday.

As I was writing my last update, I couldn't help but think about how far my build, and more importantly, myself has come since starting out.

I know a lot of people mention it from time to time, but I want to put out a huge THANK YOU to all of you on AA who have followed along and given me help, advice, compliments, and criticism along the way. You have all helped me out in a big way.

I know that I can't really repay everyone, so hopefully the long continued success of my reef will be enough to provide the appreciation I feel.

I have learned much, and continue to learn daily. Thank you.

Yup, got the MP10w ES. Two of them. Should be here tomorrow or tuesday. I'll let you know how it works with the radion.
