Bought this toadstool 2 days ago and it is placed in moderate light and high flow. From the front, it seems healthy, all the little tentacles have popped out, but the stalk is totally bent over. Is this normal or should I worry? I had read that they like high flow, but could it have too much flow? I'm trying to be patient , but I'm not very good at it

If the flow is bending it over, then it's too much flow, but they typically do that from time to time, and it will be able to right itself. Unless you see that the flow is forcibly bending it like that, just leave it, it will adjust. The polyps being out says that it likes where it is.
