Hello everyone. I have a large stable 6 year old reef with good chemistry and lighting. I believe that I have a toxic specie of mat algae. The water systems in my tanks are all interconnected but isolated by sterilizers. The mat algae in question is in my reef and seahorse tanks. If turbo snails or urchins eat it they die. The snails in the other connected tanks are fine. The fish won't eat it. Has anyone heard of this?
